At its core is a single loaded 8-inch high-output marine speaker rated at 75W RMS / 300W MAX, producing powerful mids and deep, punchy bass. The integrated 1-inch (25mm) titanium dome tweeter ensures crisp, articulate highs, while the advanced 3-way design provides a balanced, full-range listening experience—even in open-air environments.
Engineered for harsh conditions, the SMC8CFW features an IP65 marine-grade compliant enclosure that is waterproof, salt-resistant, and UV stable. The mineral-embedded fiberglass composite housing and thermal molded, UV-coated waterproof cone are built to endure sun, spray, and vibration without sacrificing performance. A factory-tuned passive radiator enhances low-frequency response, delivering fuller bass without adding bulk.
Performance is driven by an ultra-compact neodymium motor structure paired with a high-excursion suspension for efficient output and clarity at higher volumes. The Radial Zip Ring (RZR) cone improves high-frequency dispersion, keeping your music sharp and detailed.
Installation is quick and flexible with solid aluminum 360° rotating mounting clamps (fits 1.5”–2.25”), with optional sizes available. The system comes pre-wired (12 ft / 3.65m) for speaker and RGB lighting, and includes integrated RGB LED illumination for customizable style. Add the optional RPM-RGBLC remote to control colors and effects.
